. Responsible for growing employment base from 250 employees to 1000+

employees

. Created and implemented all policies and procedures

. Successful negotiation of several Collective Bargaining Agreements with

the companies collective bargaining unit.

. Created and administered supervisor training programs including training

in Title VII violations, Workplace Violence and Harassment.

. Daily contact with hourly employees resolving disputes and complaints

and EEO complaints
