> Fiscal responsibility: Original budget ($ 17,000,000.00) was well
over $1 million dollars under budget due to continuous negotiating of
materials and labor as the project progressed.
> Transformed a 20+-year-old cable system into state of the art
architectures (4.5 year project).
> Developed and wrote the construction standards, contractor and vendor
requests for proposals (RFPs), fiber splicing and testing procedures
and the projects budget for a construction program with a budget of
$17 million dollars.
> Implemented and built the only one of its kind fiber duct system in
the downtown business area of York.
> Negotiated with landowners (5 land owners which took approximately 3
months per site) and local municipalities in securing property to
place our HUB's (fiber optic equipment buildings) and designed and
engineered all buildings and equipment.
> Helped draft, negotiate, design and construct our WAN & LAN network,
which were all built in line with schedule.
> Trained multiple technician as well as upper management on how to
splice, test, design and maintain their system.
> I was also responsible for another office in Williamsport Pa. It was
