Professional Experience
JUN 2009 – PRESENT: Service manager and Parts supply manager for HVAC company. Allocate and
schedule service work for service technicians. Also, manage the material supply-chain for installation crews
and commercial/retail sales. Compiled 1200 items in Point of Sale (POS), assigned barcodes and produced
retail catalogue for HVAC parts and sales.
2007 – JUN 2009: Project Manager with Tyco Electronics,(TE) facilitating New Product release and
manufacturing re-location of Transformers, Relays and Definite Purpose Contactors into Mexico or China
factories. Management of supplier cost negotiations across product line. Manage quotation requests and
reviews.
2004 – 2007: (Non-TE) Missionary Pastor in Moscow Idaho with oversight responsibility of rebuilding a
small and struggling church. During my tenure at the church, membership grew from 3 to 35+ & completed
various building project(s) with no loans or outstanding debts incurred while adding other projects such as
local and foreign missions.
2001 – 2004: Senior Product Engineer at TE in automotive group. Responsible for manufacturing
introduction & customer release of electro-mechanical systems, as: Sealed Front Control Module (FCM),
Seat/Weight sensor, Sealed 0.64mm connectors. Plus, I had product maintenance of Chrysler airbag
connection system and engineering leadership over 3 product engineers.
1998 – 2001: Product / Project Engineer at TE in automotive group specifically dealing with Ford Motor Co.
in manufacturing introduction & customer release of a expansive and diverse electro-mechanical connector
system ( Category I connection system ).
1994 – 1998: Product Engineer III at TE (AMP Inc.) in automotive group working specifically with Chrysler,
Honda & Toyota Motor companies in the manufacturing introduction and customer release of an electro-
mechanical connector system (Multi-Lok & Self Aligning Interconnect, S.A.I.) designed in Japan and tooled
in US. Oversight of tool releases: stamping dies, injection molds, assembly & wire crimp.
1986-1991 Product Engineer II at TE (AMP Inc.) with responsibility of product maintenance and new product
release of electro-mechanical connectors for the White Goods industry. Connector responsibilities included
Commercial Mate-N-Lok, & SL.156 connectors.
1984 – 1986 Product Engineer I at TE (AMP Inc) with responsibilities of product maintenance of under-
carpet data cable wiring and new product release of IBM data connector, BALUN connector.
