company. Developing the project charter, detailed project plans,
allocating resources, and oversee the financial profitability of the

> Dedicated on site and was responsible for several major conversion
projects. One of the projects is an electronic and paper records
conversion project moving all electronic database, paper files,
microfiche, and tape media to a new company that was a spinoff of the
existing company. This was part of an $8 million dollar project that
involves the validation of all the electronic media and processes
associated with policy and claims files in addition to moving all the
paper, fiche, and tape film backups (approx 24,000 boxes of
information) accumulated over the past twenty years. This project was
completed on schedule and under budget forecast.
> Other projects included creating a process flow, and working with all
departments to insure that all data was extracted for the entire
active and inactive policy holders across 11 different companies for a
second newly formed company.
> Was responsible for all the planning, equipment procurement, and
resource allocations for these projects. Also had full financial and

> Was responsible for creating a PMO department for Core. This included
developing all the standards and documents that were to be used by all
PM's. This position reported directly to the President of Core.
> Was dedicated on site at a leading vehicle redistribution company in
North America for 18 months, and was responsible for several major IT
projects. One of the projects was a conversion of their 40 US
facilities to their new networking standard. This was a $10 million
dollar project that involved replacing all existing LAN hardware,
configuring and installing an average of 20 new switches and adding an
average of 15 wireless access points at each site. This project was
completed ahead of schedule and below budget.
> Other projects included a $5 million dollars wireless installation
across the US and Canada, and a $4 million dollar WAN standardization
project for their 95 financial sites across the US and Canada.
