Senior Partner Manager/factory manager - Sepio designs - 2 years

o Working closely with customers and potential customers to understand

their requirements and share our expertise. Working closely with R&D

and customers during the design phase, ensuring customer expectations,

cost and quality are on track.

o When product nearing launching, work with factories ensuring

materials, procedures, people resources are in place. Review agreed

upon quality requirements and ongoing inspection process.

o Working to resolve any issues during manufacture (materials, quality,

shipments, etc) to ensure parts are delivered on schedule.

Senior Program Manager Hewlett-Packard (15 years - 1.5 Years in Taiwan)

o Moved to Taiwan on a 2-year transfer to set up a Notebook Program

Management team and was responsible for interviewing, hiring,

training, and managing the team.

o Created all training documentation for PM team.

o Responsible for allocation of project assignments.

o Travelling to factories in Japan-Taiwan-China to audit and

review the test equipment and testing.

o Working with R&D on any test failures- providing updates and

design changes.

o Compliance with all company documentation standards.

o Manage all aspects of supplier selection, price negotiations, and TAT
