1 Process Supervisor – Plant start up, Reading P&ID’S, Isometrics following line
test, creating test packages to do line pressure test. Responsible for 15+
Operators and Material Handlers. Managing projects for line test
to assure completion. Time and Attendance program ADP. Proper
handling of polymer transfer.
BASF Corporation - September 1991 to November 2008
1Production Supervisor – 8 years in supervision - Responsible for ~20 shift
employees in all aspects of production and shading. This includes Milling,
Tinting, Filling, Washing, Material Handling and QA. I have worked in all
aspects of production, as well as, shipping and receiving. I have also served on
numerous special teams including 5S/6S, Kaizen Events, Team Lead on Shading
reorganization, Manufacturing reorganization, Visual Process Control, Total Job
Analysis, and Team Lead for Behavioral Based Safety and Continuous
Improvement. Vast exposure to computer programs including MS Office, Lotus
Notes, SAP, as well as, time and attendance systems. Experience also includes
other various positions including, Team Lead of Shading, Manufacturing
Associate, and Team Lead for Site Process Optimization. Regularly involved in
Pre Start up Safety Review, Process Safety Management and Process Hazard
Analysis.
2Production Coordinator/Specialist - 1 year Continuous Improvement project role
to plan for various projects to make manufacturing safer and more efficient.
Established new milling processes for all new equipment. Set up data guidelines
for all of manufacturing to ensure safe, efficient, and quality productivity. Wrote
Management of Change and Work Instructions for all of manufacturing and
Project Management.
3Production Operator- Worked in all aspects of production manufacturing Milling,
Batch Making, Filling and QA Dept. Weighing and measuring chemical resin,
solvents and powders. Handling of all materials.
