Responsibilities:
Recruit attorneys, consultants, business development managers and entry
level research analysts. Cold-call, network and utilize internet sites to
source candidates. Strategically research the large pending litigation
cases in the Northeast. Call the managing partners in charge of each case.
Present/Sell our services over the phone and set up in-person meetings at
the firm. As a team, we write the proposals and negotiate our fee
arrangements. Travel to firms all over the Northeast to meet with law firm
partners. Designated as the company's internal recruiter for our
sales/marketing team.
Key Accomplishments:
. Set up over 30 sales meetings with managing partners of law firms in
one month. This was the highest number in company history.
. Generated over $400,000 worth of new business during second year.
. Recruited sales professionals/consultants for regional positions.
Helped save agency fees.
. Currently lead the sales team in 2009 revenue generated through cold-

Contracted with retained executive search firms/corporations as an
executive recruiter on different searches. Conducted the research and
worked the candidate generation side. Charged 10% of the managing partner's
overall fee on average.

Responsibilities:
Created internal job specifications for all industry searches including
insurance, pharmaceutical, finance and human resources. Sourced, qualified
and placed mid-senior level executives for clients. Utilized networking
skills, employee referrals, job boards, career fairs, internet searches and
target lists to source potential candidates. Conducted extensive interviews
with top candidates before presenting them to the managing partner and
client.

. Placed the Vice President of Sales for a top insurance company. Entire
