Incoming Inspection program to receive product for Chrysler, GM, and Ford

for their new integrated wheel Hub. The Lead Analyst for approving PPAP's

in accordance with QS9000, also Evaluated CPK data to establish/approve

control plans at the Supplier. Lead plant efforts to continuously improve

the quality of supplied components through Quality Assessments, Product

Audits, and Process Audits. Liaisons between Suppliers and Timken on

engineering changes and lead Analyst of APQP for Supplier selection and new

program launches. Created quality procedures and work instructions to

achieve QS9000 certification, maintain PPAP's and Quality documents in

accordance with ISO/QS9000 requirements. Implemented the RPS (Rapid Problem

Solving) program for Suppliers with repetitive issues, Initiated GQTS

(Global Quality Tracking System) to track Supplier Issues, which resulted

in a 12 percent cost savings through a more efficient Supplier charge-back

process and Kaizen. Maintained a balance of purchased inventory at Shipping

and Receiving using the FIFO system, and initiated the use of Paynter's

charts for Supplier effective root cause analysis, containment through

Agreement to be included with the Purchasing Agreement in accordance with
