Managing Director, Eastern Portfolio Manager, US Mortgages (2005-2010)

Oversaw the Eastern United States Commercial Loan Portfolio that included

approximately 1,000 portfolio and CMBS loans totaling in excess of $3B.

Managed and mentored a team of three senior level loan originators.

. Formed and successfully executed Sun Life's commercial mortgage

investment strategy in 30 markets covering the Eastern United States

that led to the growth of the Eastern US Portfolio by over $1.5B.

. Approval and signing authority of $7.5M per loan transaction and

servicing request. This accounted for over 90% of all new loan

origination and servicing issues. Obtained 100% approval of all new

loan investments above set approval limits after presentation to Head

. Oversaw and re-engineered the US Mortgage loan inspection process

which increased the collection and on time completion of inspection

reviews from 85% to 98% of the loans in the US Portfolio. This

process included the final approval and analysis of financial

statements, physical inspection reports, and assignment of credit risk

ratings for over 1,900 loans within a four month period.

closing requests including but not limited to lease approvals and

ranging in loan size from $300,000 to $80M. Mentored and trained new loan

originators and servicing staff.

approximately $2B.
