Responsibilities Include:

Budget & Accounting

. Perform accounting related to purchase invoices utilizing

Stanford's Oracle Financials application

. Data migration and updating of customer relationship management

with SalesForce.com

. Coordinate expense reimbursement in accordance with Stanford

policies and federal rules

. Execute duties associated with settlement of non-ticketed

events, including tabulating charges and preparing

final invoices

. Maintain working knowledge of federal regulations in order to

analyze third party payer financial data and reports, insuring

maximum reimbursement within guidelines

. Code invoices; check content/accuracy of purchase

statements; handle petty cash account

. Database management; combine, compare, and standardize data

utilizing Excel spreadsheets, transform data into useful

formats

Events/Facilities Coordination

. Resolve problems and handle complaints according to established

policies and procedures

. Determine and facilitate last-minute adjustments in location or

equipment

. Coordinate meeting details, including location, printed

materials, and audio-video equipment; open and secure

facilities, before and after events

. Ensure setup of seating, tables, stages, decorations and other

equipment in accordance with lease requirements and safety

codes, note attendance, times, significant problems

. Arrange international and domestic travel for event speakers

. Manage calendar for all upcoming events on law school's faculty-

wide calendar

. Website management; utilize system to create and revise

entries: eMarketing Solutions,
