Employee Relations - Advise field management, on Employee Relations Issues,

of employee grievances including those filed through the Company's Employee

Dispute Resolution Program (Binding Arbitration): Serve as Company's

Employment and Staffing - Conducted full life cycle recruitment at

cooperate and business unit levels for a variety of positions including

professional, technical engineering, clerical and college for diverse

business line addressing varying regional dynamics to source, attract, hire

and retain high caliber executives and professionals. Acted as a liaison

between company and contractors, recruitment firms, and temporary

employment agencies. Developed and implemented recruitment strategies to

meet client needs. Directed company-wide recruitment processes which

included recruitment interviewing, processing new hires, promotions,

transfers, terminations, screening of applicants, conducting new employee

orientation, negotiating and extending employment offers, and processing

benefit enrollments and payroll. Maintained HRIS database and

recordkeeping system. Analyzed employment trends and develop staffing

metrics. Facilitated training on recruitment strategies, employment

practices, and legal compliance issues to management.

Compensation Management - Administered compensation plans and performance

management programs including salary/budgets plans, incentive plan, and

appraisal review systems. Developed and maintained job classification

systems including position descriptions, salary and market pricing data,

job evaluations, analysis, and specifications for internal equity and

external competitiveness. Advise managers on the performance evaluation

system and process.

Program Planning - Organized and managed job/career fairs, community

programs, special emphasis programs, culture awareness programs, adopt-a-

school programs and moral programs. Analyzed work processes including

organizational structures, responsibilities, team assignments,

Benefits Administration - Administer health and 401(s) retirement/pension

with HIPPA and ERISA. Implement and process Family Medical Leave requests
