Manufacturing Production Engineer

June 1989 to Present

. Design tools and fixtures using SolidWorks & AutoCAD.

. Create and document work instructions.

. Design assembly cells and processes.

. Evaluate and Disposition nonconforming products (MRB).

. Evaluating Customer complaints on finished products.

. Design packaging.

. Design control system and tools for the Manufacturing of Manual,

Automatic and Semi Automatic machines,for in-house use, using PLC's,

Military specifications & customer requirements.

. Designed programs for optical gauging machines that automatically

and molded parts.

. Created and applied Certified Operator Program for molding and

stamping machine operators.
