Developed new corporate design standards for laboratories, clean rooms, and vivariums.
Established the basis of design comply with new ISO 14644 standards in consort with Affiliated

Amgen and AEI established the basis of design for a new research laboratory campus with total area
in excess of 800,000 SF. Design has achieved significant energy reduction for the campus.
The campus includes a central utility building, vivarium, and office support space. High efficiency
HVAC systems were incorporated into the project resulting in fan horsepower reduction by over 750
HP.
Utilizing pressure independent control valves results in significant energy savings.
The original chilled water design was based on a tertiary pump system. The pressure independent
