. Enhance and create new programs for the company's In-House Purchase

Order, Quote, Order, Shipping and Billing system using RPG ILE, RPG IV

and RPG/Free

. Developed a Profit and Loss Quarterly application to report on the Net

Profit/ Loss made by the each division of the company. The report is

generated at the end of fiscal quarter and is emailed to management in

Excel spreadsheet format. Programs are written in RPG ILE, RPG/Free.

. Per VAT (Value Added Tax) regulations in Europe and Asia, modified

the In-House Billing/Invoice system to comply with VAT rules as the

company expanded /or added divisions in the UK, Germany, Nordic

Countries and Asia.

. Developed a Ship and Debit web/ front-end application using PHP

scripting language. The customers would have the ability to create

their account to login to the application and enter Ship & Debit

request which would then be uploaded to the AS/400 for processing.

. Developed a Salesman Review for Web using PHP scripting language. The

application is used by management to track salesman performance by

showing the Top 10 customers, Top 10 Mfg and the revenues generated in

tabular and graphical presentation via pie chart. It also shows the

sales by fiscal quarter and a bar chart associated with it.

. Designed and modified forms using Formsprint software which are used

in programs to generate reports such as Quote, Order, Purchase Order,

Packing Slip, Invoice and Commercial Invoice, Proforma Invoice, Export

Declaration reports.

. Modified and enhanced programs on the In-House Quote system using

Progen 9.5

. Made use of other 3rd party packages such as Keyesmail, Interfax and

Fastfax.

. Configured Zend Platform/Core on the iSeries for PHP applications

. Setup EDI trading partner relationships and translation format using

TrustedLink/ Innovis EDI depending on trading partner/vendor

requirements.

. Create interface programs to populate EDI user files for transmission

of Purchase Orders (850) and for capturing incoming vendor Shipments

(ASN's/856). These interface programs are tied up to our Purchase

Order System (in the case of 850's) and the PKMS WMS (in the case of

the ASNs)

. Utilized PKMS WMS 2001R2 (upgraded to 2004R1) for the company's

warehouse/distribution center operations (Inbound and Outbound

Fulfillment Management). Has been heavily involved in the

implementation process of PKMS at out warehouse/DC from inception to

full implementation.

o Implement interface and bridge programs written in RPG to

transfer Orders from our In-House Retail Management System/RMS

system to the PKMS system for processing.

o Create RPG program/s to capture PIX transactions (from PKMS

system) which are used to update the In-House Retail Management

System/ RMS system inventory.

o Create bridge /interface program to transfer shipments/invoices

data from PKMS to Host System. These are basically the O1/O2/O3

transactions which would then be processed on the In-House

Retail Management System/RMS system to update the Store's

inventory after shipment.

o Support and troubleshoot Warehouse/Distribution Center day to

day operations issues with regards to the PKMS System.

o Setup and configure parameters on the PKMS system as need

arises. For example, setup Wave rules to allocate all the

unallocated distro's in DTDSTR00, etc.

o Automated bridging of EDI Advance Shipping Notifications (ASN)

to PKMS system for Warehouse/DC receiving.

. Retail Management System (RMS, In-House) - implemented new

functionalities to NWL's home-grown system such as Auto-Replenishment

of good/retail commodities to stores. Auto -replenishment comprises of

two main categories: Vendor Replenishment & Warehouse to Store

Replenishment. Other responsibilities include Purchase Order, Store

Order, Picking, and Shipping & Manifesting programming enhancements.

Also implemented new operations in RMS such as Store To Store

Transfers, Vendor Returns and Receiving Adjustments.

. IBM Supermarket Software/ POS - modified interface programs for

polling sales from the controller/registers to AS/400. These comprise

of FTP'd files and are converted to AS/400 file format. These files

are used to keep track of Sales figures.

. Progen - used this rapid-development tool to create subfile/ inquiry

programs and/or reports.

. Dynax General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Modules

- modified programs such as Voucher Entry, Check processing, Month End

posting, Terms Maintenance, etc.

. TL Ashford Barcoding Software - used Barcode/400 to design labels and

embed on RPG programs for Pallet Labels, Clip Strips and adhesive

labels which are used in store operations.

. Symbol RF Scanners - configure PDT 6840 scanners for stores use and

truck mount scanners for the Warehouse.

VORMITTAG ASSOCIATES, INC. (VAI)

August 1999 - April 2000

Assigned at Max Finkelstein Goodyear, a Vormittag Associates Inc. client,

for their SYSTEM 2000 customization/ modification project. Modified

programs under Customer Orders, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,

Purchase Orders, Inventory and Cross Applications modules of SYSTEM 2000.

Also, developed a generic trigger program for the AS/400 and wrote several

data conversion programs like Customer Cash Year-To-Date Conversion, etc.

C.B. FLEET COMPANY

November 1998 - August 1999

Lynchburg, Virginia

Created interface/bolt-on programs to BPCS v.6.00.02, mainly on Inventory

Management (INV), Configurable Order Management (COM), and Capacity

Requirements (CAP) modules. Programs vary from batch reports to

subfile/interactive programs. Also converted Mac-Pac and in-house

programs/reports, which the client decided to retain, to its equivalent in

BPCS using BPCS files. Mac-Pac is a financial and manufacturing system

developed by Andersen Consulting and was replaced in favor of BPCS.

L.A. CELLULAR

March 1998 - October 1998

Cerritos, California

Was assigned at L.A. Cellular for the company's Y2K compliancy project.

Was responsible for the analysis/assessment of L.A. Cellular's

libraries/programs and made use of RCG's Quintic Tool (developed by RCG

Information Technology). Windowing technique was used for the

renovation/conversion of affected programs/non-compliant programs.

Attended the QUINTIC training on the 2nd week of April 1998 in Chicago,

Illinois.

NESTLE PHILIPPINES

September 1997 - February 1998

Modified programs under Costing and Inventory modules of BPCS v.4.5. Also

created interface programs to transfer non-BPCS files to BPCS files.

Involved in the development of the NEFAM Interface to BPCS Accounts Payable

module. NEFAM Interface was developed for use by all Nestle offices and

branches in the Asia Pacific region. Also involved in the development of

bolt-on interfaces to the BPCS General Ledger and Purchasing modules. Made

use of utilities such as THENON/SEE and FILESCOPE/400 (an AS/400 software

package for file maintenance and manipulation).

ABBOT LABORATORIES

Modified programs under the General Ledger module of BPCS such as General

Ledger and Trial Balance report programs. Other programs created were :

Schedule of Natural Accounts, Cash Receipt Register, Subsidiary Accounts,

etc.

CPL GmbH

December 1996 - February 1997

Modified programs for CPL GmbH, an IBM Business Partner based in Hamburg,

Germany. The project involves expansion of date fields from 6-digits to 8-

digits under the Financial Bookkeeping and Warehouse Management modules.

Additional amendments included expansion of other fields such as voucher

number, account number, etc. and the creation of several

subfile/interactive programs that were integrated to the modules mentioned

above.

JOHNSON AND JOHNSON INCORPORATED

June 1996 - November 1996

Modified several BPCS programs on Purchasing, Cost Accounting and Accounts

Payable modules. Also created RPG add-on programs for BPCS. Much of the

programs were report programs which can be processed interactively or

batch, some are interactive programs which includes subfile processing via

page loading.

CALIFORNIA MANUFACTURING COMPANY

March 1995 - May 1996

Projects included creation/modification of non-BPCS programs as well as

BPCS programs that need to be customized. The non-BPCS programs refer to

the system the client was using before acquiring BPCS. Instead of junking

the whole system, they retained some or part of it in which BPCS cannot

handle, then program for program, files in the old system was replaced in

favor of its counterpart files in BPCS. Created an interface program for

processing records from non-BPCS files and converted data so as to make it

compatible with its BPCS counterpart. The program is run at month-end and

only authorized personnel have access to it. Also modified programs for

the Promotional Sales Order System. Includes conversion from RPG II to RPG

III format, OCL to CL.

MAXICARE - CIGNA

January 1995 - March 1995

Created programs for the Marketing Support and General Accounting modules.

Programs were written mainly in RPG and CL, some in AS/SET. Responsible

for the testing of the modules mentioned above. Created user manual as

well as technical documentation of the modules assigned to. Also part of

the team that demonstrated the modules to end-users.
