techniques such as poke yokes, failure modes & effects analysis, and

Pareto charts.

frequently using 5-why analysis, cause & effect diagram

. Led conversion of site's primary assembly lines from inefficient batch

processes to single piece flow which immediately improved quality,

reduced cycle time 65% and reduced WIP up to 93%.

. Developed and implemented kanban system for 80% of sites packaging

material.

. Created Lean Recognition Program which spread lean successes and 'Lean

Thinking' throughout facility; informed, excited and motivated

workforce on lean objectives; and positively impacted employee morale.
