manufactures. Parts ordering experience also in small
equipment used mainly in the landscape and home improvement
markets. Vendor parts obtained using purchase orders and
receivers.
. Other duties include CCR's and second lives. Quotes for
p.r.o.p. and non-p.r.o.p. engines and powertrain
components. IS support, clerical, Credits.
. Fabrication and reclamation of hydraulic and A/C hoses
using computerized and traditional presses.
. New, damaged, and lost parts warranty claims in Antares,
Complete inventory duties include Cat annual and quarterly
returns, cyclic and bin counts, receiving and master parts
inquiry and master setup. Stock replenishment inquiry,
receipting of stock, stock ordering, physical inventory and
inventory adjustment reports. Coding vendor invoicing
documents for AP.
. Various experience in the following programs and more.
Websis, TMI, SIMSi, UCIS, HISweb, GET selector, Cat Work
Tools, Epsilon, DBS, Antares, NACD Infocast, Lotus Notes,
Web NPK, Impact for Olympian, Tools and shop products,
cross references for similar parts and other heavy
equipment. General parts duties such as pulling parts,
shipping using UPS Worldwide and receiving.
. Rental coordination, drafting contracts, scheduling truck
dispatches for rentals and independent hauls, qualifying
rental calls to determine customer needs. Rental Pro-Forma
and invoicing.
. Certified 5000lb. forklift.
