Standarization Project to reduce the cost and the number of options in a

family of Pavers.

Information and Material flow in a Mobile and Paver production line, in

order to set up standards and TBS in its procedures.

. Implemented a Scheduling tool for Prefab in order to organize and improve

2008-2009.

. Managed two 25% Cost Down Analysis projects on construction equipment by

leading two Fishbone events to confirm the BOM's of the current machinery

and by leading a Benchmark event with 3 different competitors.

. Led three 3P events in order to redesign, achieve cost down and fabricate

weldments In-house; which resulted in 50% cost reduction of the

weldments.

. Designed a layout proposal for the introduction of 2 construction

equipment from the mother to daughter facility.

. Participated in the building of an "A parts" warehouse to reduce raw

material and finished goods inventory. Converted the manufacturing plant

from MRP to a Kanban system.

. Redesigned the current mix model production line for construction

equipment. Implemented LEAN and set standard work (Work sequence, Takt

time and SWIP).

. Introduced a Kanban system in order to reduce excess inventory and set a

quality area between the parts store and the manufacturing line.
