back period and value added for major purchases and upgrades. Work with
President and financial institutions on loans, lines of credit and letters of credit and

Resource Administration which included reviewing time cards, transmitting payroll
information to payroll company, reviewing and filing all payroll reports to assure

and update employee hand book and job descriptions. Counsel and help resolve

compliance with all applicable Cobra, Hipaa, EEOC and various other government
requirements.As Safety Director schedule safety training, maintain all required
safety logs, forms and postings. Interact with all government safety inspectors on
site.Purchase, maintain and control inventory and schedule delivery for all raw
material used in production process. Screen, approve and negotiate contracts with
vendors based on price, quality and performance.Assist in purchase, maintenance
and upgrade of computers, software, printers, scanners, copiers, fax machines and

relating to business management, purchasing. finance, employee relations, computer
software, SPC, ISO, benefit administration, Osha compliance and various other
business related subjects.Although I do not hold any type of degree I feel that I have
the training and experience to perform almost any type of business
management/administration position.I communicate well with others, am very even
tempered, have the ability to listen, analyze and help resolve problems and I am used
to a job that requires multiple functions and the ability to handle many tasks at the
same time . I am an avid user of the internet to gather information to help me with my
