for Ness County, a designated Kansas Enterprise Zone. Liaise with business

owners and private individuals regarding available incentive programs to

promote jobs, business growth, and home ownership. Administer state,

federal, and private grants, including Ness County Micro-Loan Grant Program

and Homeland Security Grant Program. Manage annual budget of $60K. Key

Achievements:
