supervision and startup/commissioning. Worked included demolition, construction and

Bartonville, IL ($46MUSD), Ameren Duck Creek Power Station, Canton, IL ($57MUSD) and

Assistant Project Manager at Boise Cascade, International Falls, MN. Recovery Boiler
Rebuild within a 22 days outage. Maintained project schedule, using MS-Project with close
communication with construction superintendents and vendors. Dealt with a peak of 480 union
craft and 35 non-union personnel. (Budget $13M)

Start-up/Commissioning Manager at Homer City Power Generating Plant. Project
consisted of three (3) SCR units and a wet scrubber system. Generated schedules. Tie-ins to
existing plant were made within a 56 days outage
11/99-10/00 Contracted to The Jamar Company, Sartell, MN.
Project Manager at Champion, Sartell, MN. Responsible for all phases of construction and
commissioning of new wet end gap former. Union personnel peaked at 70 craft.
Commissioning of various piping systems and equipment, including steam-blows. . (Budget

Construction Manager on Stora Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia, Canada, new paper machine
project. Responsible for all phases of construction and commissioning. Dealt with a peak of

(ABB). As a subcontractor to various environmental companies we performed fabrication and

including upgrades to existing mental institution (Western Mental Health Institute) while
