consisted of two (2) SCR units using Urea to ammonia system. Provided site supervision for

all startup and commissioning activities.

10/01-05/06 Contracted to Lurgi Lentjes North America, Inc., Columbia, MD

Construction Site Manager on three (3) Lurgi designed SCR projects. Provided site

supervision and startup/commissioning. Worked included demolition, construction and

remediation. Each project had 400-500 union craft personnel performing work under the

National Maintenance Agreement. The three projects were Ameren Edwards Power Station,

Bartonville, IL ($46MUSD), Ameren Duck Creek Power Station, Canton, IL ($57MUSD) and

PSE&G Mercer Power Station, Trenton, NJ ($89MUSD).

04/01-10/01 Contracted to The Jamar Company, International Falls, MN.

Assistant Project Manager at Boise Cascade, International Falls, MN. Recovery Boiler

Rebuild within a 22 days outage. Maintained project schedule, using MS-Project with close

communication with construction superintendents and vendors. Dealt with a peak of 480 union

craft and 35 non-union personnel. (Budget $13M)

10/00-03/01 Contracted to Alstom Power, Homer City, PA

Start-up/Commissioning Manager at Homer City Power Generating Plant. Project

consisted of three (3) SCR units and a wet scrubber system. Generated schedules. Tie-ins to

existing plant were made within a 56 days outage

11/99-10/00 Contracted to The Jamar Company, Sartell, MN.

Project Manager at Champion, Sartell, MN. Responsible for all phases of construction and

commissioning of new wet end gap former. Union personnel peaked at 70 craft.

Commissioning of various piping systems and equipment, including steam-blows. . (Budget

$2.6M)

3/99-11/99 Contracted to A&G Crane Ltd., Antigonish, Nova Scotia

Project/Site Manager at Kimberly-Clark, New Glasgow, Nova Scotia. Responsible for all

phases of construction and commissioning of piping systems on recovery boiler rebuild. Dealt

with a peak of 400 union craft. Coordinated steam blows, testing and start-up of new steam,

condensate and black liquor systems and related equipment. (Budget $6.5MCD)

Construction Manager on Stora Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia, Canada, new paper machine

project. Responsible for all phases of construction and commissioning. Dealt with a peak of

450 union craft personnel. (Budget $37MCD)

Designed, installed and commissioned lime slurry and steam and condensate piping systems,

ball mills, pumps, slakers, dryers, reactor piping systems for dry FGD systems for Flakt

(ABB). As a subcontractor to various environmental companies we performed fabrication and

installation services of precipitator and bag house components. Worked on state contracts

including upgrades to existing mental institution (Western Mental Health Institute) while
