2008 - 2009

Project Manager/Project Engineer:

Australian-American Energy Company, LLC - (AAEC): Feasibility studies and

engineering design for a coal-to-liquid (CTL) plant in Montana with a

capacity of 50,000 bpd of Fischer-Tropsch (FT) liquids. The process

included: air separation, coal gasification, syn gas quench and clean-up,

water recovery, CO shift, acid gas removal, CO2 compression, sulfur

recovery, hydrogen recovery, FT conversion, FT liquid products refining,

production of methanol solvent refining and storage.

Key Accomplishments:

1. Reviewed the Process Design Basis & Pre-FEED Studies

Foxtrot International Project:

Reservoir Engineer/Project Engineer: Foxtrot International, Abidjan, Cote

D'Ivoire: Upgrade the existing Foxtrot offshore platform and onshore

facilities and develop nearby gas fields - Mahi (with two extended reach

Mahi development wells drilled from the vicinity of the Foxtrot Platform)

and Manta (with one subsea Manta well tied back to the platform with a

subsea pipeline). Install production separators, gas dehydration,

compression facilities and an additional well support on existing platform.

Install a 14" diameter pipeline loop adjacent to the existing 12" diameter

gas pipeline to provide 156 MMSCFD gas delivery capacities onshore.

Responsibilities included modifying existing gas receiving and processing

facility with additional high pressure gas reduction unit, 2-phase

separator, coalescing filter Indirect Fired Heater, Flare System and Vent

Vapor Recovery Unit.

Other work assignments included Technical Reviews & Study of Flare Systems-

totally enclosed, elevated, pit or horizontal flares.

Facilities Engineer: Reviewed & Coordinated with several Vendors, the

Condensate Transport & Vapor Recovery Units at East Vridi, which include

the Reciprocating Compressor, Electric Motor Driver; Suction & Interstage

knock out vessel, Process Gas Cooler, Piping & Instruments.

Liaised and Coordinated the Overall Budgetary Estimates of Flare Systems &

Vapor Recovery Unit (VRU) with different vendors.

included Pre FEED Engineering Services, Engineering Deliverables, Project

Management and Applicable Standards & Regulations.

Golden Pass Pipeline Project (GPPL):

Reservoir Engineer/Project Engineer: The project is designed to deliver an

annual average of 2 billion standard cubic feet per day (BSCFD) of re-

gasified natural gas from the Golden Pass LNG (GPLNG) Terminal to nine (9)

existing Texas and Louisiana Interstate and Intrastate natural gas pipeline

systems and one (1) end user. Main pipeline, an approximately 69-mile of 42-

inch diameter pipeline commencing at GPLNG Terminal's send-out metering

station and continuing to a terminus at a new metering and regulating

station at an interconnection with an existing Transcontinental Gas

Pipeline Corporation (Transco) interstate pipeline near Starks, Louisiana.
