Managed mobile VHF Communications Training and deployment effort
between Joint Forces in Africa, the Middle East and South America
while serving as a New Equipment Training Officer. Cross-trained
special forces units via "Train the Trainer" method and implemented
protocols for network standardization. This created new capability
for short-range joint communication for ground and air special
operations.
