I was excited to learn of the position you have available with your

company. As you can see from my resume, I have almost twelve years

experience in one of the most competitive markets in the United States,

pharmaceutical sales.

Almost from the beginning of my sales career, I set records marketing

Lorabid and Prozac and becoming Eli Lilly's number one Lorabid sales

representative. After joining U.S. Pharmaceuticals in 1999, I have

consistently been the Number One Sales Representative in the South Georgia

area, maintaining profitable account relationships with over 750

physicians. In fact, because I am aware that a physician values his time

and does not appreciate anyone who wastes it with distracting, extraneous

information, I organized a sales tool for rapid presentation that was

accepted company wide with U.S. Pharmaceuticals and increased my own sales

dramatically. My marketing style has also been to establish pleasant

relationships with office managers and others who might be an avenue to

establishing accounts and closing sales.
