General Manager: Senior manager of a family owned 3PL cold
storage facility supporting the Northeast and Mid Atlantic
market. The facility has 42, 000 pallet locations in a 380,000
sq ft building with four managers and sixty associates in a two
shift operation. As a 3PL, many client disciplines are
maintained simultaneously using Red Prairie to maintain 99.5%
service levels and service performance. I developed a monthly
client scorecard of KPI's for a constant lean improvement
programs to improve performance, overall cost and productivity
improvement and customer service.
2005 to 2007: Baltimore Packaging
Baltimore, MD
General Manager: Senior manager of two facilities serving the
export and import market in the ports of Baltimore, Norfolk and
New Jersey with primary functions of unloading/packing of
containers, warehousing product as a 3PL, and delivering client
product to end users. Daily duties included monitoring incoming
job requirements, set transportation appointments and review
manpower planning to maximize assets. In the first year I
developed a work force that has supported a three fold increase
in sales. We expanded the capabilities of the company despite
severe financial constraints. I was a MHE trainer for
associates.
2003 to 2005 Hargrove Inc.
Lanham, MD
Warehouse Manager: Senior manager of multi-tasked facility to
support tradeshows, special events and exhibits. Duties included
daily administration of receiving, shipping, inventory
management, transportation and drivers, carpet and cloth
assembly, cleaning, and lot maintenance, and warehousing of
produced properties for all division sales. I developed
departmental tracking and operating procedures to reduce man
hours by 35 percent within the first year of employment. I
developed a management staff to a professional level by
analyzing key performance factors and implementing programs for
constant improvement.
1997 to 2003 Giant Food of Landover, Division of Ahold Companies
Landover, Maryland
Manager: Shift manager responsible for all facets of receiving,
shipping, and inventory control. My duties included daily
administration of shift operation, including 100 plus union
personnel administration, discipline, and direction. I managed a
meat, deli inventory, and produce department and supported food
service product and equipment for in store deli operations.
Average daily truck volume was 60 inbound and 80 outbound per
shift. I was the onsite manager that developed and installed
labor standards in all the perishable departments resulting in a
thirty percent reduction of head count in these departments.

departments.
1989 to 1997 Camden Storage Corporation Aberdeen,
Maryland
Vice President and Part Owner: Developed a Refrigerated Public
Cold Storage company and supporting Transportation Company from
the Prospectus through the start-up and continued management of
the company. Turned profitable in the second year of operation
and went from zero market shares to 13 percent in three years.
I developed all Company policies, Benefit Programs, Employee
Incentive Program, Computer Operating Systems, and Daily
Operating Procedures. The company merged with the area's largest
dry public warehouse company to provide one stop distribution
for clients.
1986 to 1989 B. Green and Company Baltimore,
Maryland
Vice President: Primary responsibilities included all daily and
the long term management of a Wholesale Distribution network
covering five states and servicing 750 grocery stores. I
administered complete multiple warehouse, MHE maintenance and
rolling stock maintenance and driver personnel administration
totaling 500+ associates through eight direct reports. Prepared
completed yearly operating budgets, forecasted facility and
equipment requirements, and prepared monthly operating reports
to ownership. Increased on time delivery service level to the
stores, reduced all operating costs within my control, and
complied with all external regulatory requirements. 750 million
annual sales. Company was sold to Richfood.
1981 to 1986 Merchants Distributors, Inc. Hickory,
North Carolina
Vice President: Primary responsibilities included all daily and
long term management of wholesale distribution network covering
seven states and servicing 1200 supermarkets and convenience
stores. I was responsible for complete multiple warehouse and
driver administration totaling 500+ associates. Prepared yearly
operating budgets, forecasted facility and equipment
requirements, and prepared monthly and semi-annual reports for
ownership and financial institutions. I assisted in acquisitions
of new operating companies, helped develop new store formats,
and created new business practices for cost reduction and
productivity gains. Maintained high service levels to the
stores and helped increase market share by allowing a single fee
pricing structure in a multi-state sales territory. 1 Billion In
annual Sales.
1975 to 1981 Ingersoll Rand Columbus, Ohio & Tucson,
Arizona
Distribution Manager: Primary responsibilities included daily
management of a 100,000 square foot Customer Service Center. The
Center housed inventories for five Ingersoll divisions and
distributed the product line to all customers west of the
Mississippi River and international shipments to the countries
accessible from the west coast. Accounts Receivable was housed
and a major responsibility to insure receivable balances were
acceptable and maintained cash flow and good customer relations.
I prepared operating budgets for all areas within the Center.
1972 to 1975 Sealtest Foods, Division of Kraft Foods New Orleans,
LA
Distribution Manager: Primary responsibilities included daily
dispatch of 32 store delivery trucks, 16 home delivery routes,
and maintained and transferred inventories of two satellite
operations in adjoining states, and purchased and maintained
inventories of items sold to customers but not produced at the
on site plant. I managed drivers and clerical employees,
including payroll, discipline, and vehicle maintenance of
facility. I prepared operating budgets for all areas of control.

Installed labor standards in a large food company: Onsite manager
responsible for overseeing the development of the key elements and the
installation of labor standards for the perishable operation of Giant Food
of Landover. Standards increased productivity by double digits in a strong
Union environment.
Provide strategic management to repair a poor Red Prairie installation: I
took over the operation at Perryville Cold Storage with over 3000 pallets
unallocated and on the floor. Resolved the Red Prairie issues and in
eighteen months posted 99.6% inventory accuracy.
