Provided day-to-day HR support and services for a satellite office of
approximaley 1000 employees for this health insurance company. Primarily
served as a strategic business partner to the Director, Customer Care in
developing plans to promote organizational success for National Accounts
Operations. Accountable for all aspects of employee relations, talent
acquisition, affirmative action, and performance coaching.
. Successfully reduced call center total voluntary turnover from 62.4%
