compliance with government regulations including SOX. The scope of
internal audits spanned benefits, safety, payroll, and equal
opportunity. ASAP received a letter of compliance as the result of
an on-site OFCCP audit, and results from a recent OFCCP desk audit
also revealed compliance in our affirmative action initiatives.

increases without significantly changing the plans during a time when
most organizations realized double-digit annual increases.
