was a services and software reseller of approximately 480 employees

acquired by Dell for industry knowledge and expertise.

compliance with government regulations including SOX. The scope of

an on-site OFCCP audit, and results from a recent OFCCP desk audit

also revealed compliance in our affirmative action initiatives.

. Negotiated annual benefit contracts with zero or single digit

increases without significantly changing the plans during a time when

most organizations realized double-digit annual increases.
