requirements, blueprint or P&ID analysis and other

indirect requirements and additions to the scopes of

work.

Review of prime contract to identify areas of risk to

project in order to mitigate and effectively develop

procurement and material management strategies and

plans for the Project including a Procurement

Execution Plan, Materials Management Plan, and a

Division of Responsibility.

Develop specific project procurement procedures and

ensure deliverables meet the client's (Exxon Mobil)

expectations and established project milestones.

Further develop risk management plans and strategies

identifying long-lead items and developing a milestone

summary schedule (MSR) to identify critical path

purchase orders and achieve compliance with

Sarbanes-Oxley.

Manage supplier performance through scorecards and

evaluations.

Manage the maintenance, repair and operations (MRO)

for commodity purchases, including, mechanical,

electrical, piping, control systems structural, civil,

equipment and material.

Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers,

client (Exxon Mobil) and engineering, logistics and

document controls (Cradle to Grave).

efficiencies in protocol for future projects and
