. Recruit, interview and screen attorneys, paralegals and legal
secretaries for temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire positions
within law firms and corporate legal departments.
. Recruiting efforts also include placement of non-traditional
candidates in compliance, contract management, human resources and
procurement positions.
. Negotiate terms of employment - i.e. start dates, salaries and
benefits.
. Oversee operations, recruiting and business development of the Atlanta
office.
. Conduct face-to-face interviews with legal professionals with

. Develop client relationships with administrators, hiring Partners,
