Manager, Foreign Exchange and Commodities

. Solely responsible for foreign exchange trading for entire company,

totaling approximately $3.2 billion per year, serving as front office and

middle office for centralized Treasury operation. Maintain relationships

with bank trade counterparties

. Determine foreign exchange exposures at the individual operations and

develop comprehensive strategies to manage those exposures. Derivatives

are FAS133 compliant to minimize P&L impact. Serve as subject matter

expert in relation to FAS133. Develop and maintain performance metrics

on FX hedging program. Prepare management reports, budget/estimate and

strategic plan foreign exchange rate forecasts, cash management for Asia,

Australia and the Middle East
