• 3D Chip Stacked Packages: Currently working on Project which aims at doing Thermal Analysis to Predict

Reliability of Interposer Stacked Die Packages. FEA Computer Simulation will be employed to Product.

• DFM (Design for manufacturability) project “Implementation of DFM in an organization: By following DFM

guidelines, worked on a project which aims at reducing the waste on the floor and gangways. Studied all the

processes, which were followed by KTML and found that product life cycle management can be improved by using

DFM. Implemented DFM and improved the quality of product, lower the cost and reduces the waste.

• Electronics design project: Projects on electric stapler was modeled on SOLID WORKS. The project consists of

designing from the initial 3D model to the final animated model was done. Adjudged as one of the good projects.

• “Can crusher”: designed a manual aluminum can crusher to compete with the existing ones in the market by using

software “SOLID WORKS”. I did the stress and deflection analysis of all critical parts of can crusher, designed

exploded view of the can crusher and did computer animation (motion analysis), showing how can crusher works.
