Present I am currently self employed as a Consulting

Engineer. My company provides

Civil, Mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, energy and project

management

design services, site topographic and construction

surveying. Our office also

provides construction drawings with the aid of complete

AutoCAD, systems.

Projects include items such as Structural engineering for

residential and

small commercial buildings; Site improvement plans;

grading/drainage

plans; roadway plans & profiles, details; Erosion control

plans, SWPPP

plans. HVAC system design and equipment specifications

including radiant,

forced air, solar, geothermal heat pumps and T-24 energy

compliance

documentation. We have provided energy management studies

for wineries

and other commercial utility customers. We have also

provided planning and

engineering services for parcel maps, subdivisions and

commercial site

development.

Dec 88 to Outside Sales - Refrigeration Industry. I worked as

an Outside Salesman for

June 91 Refrigeration Technology, a design/build company

serving the industrial

refrigeration market throughout Northern California,

soliciting new work as well

as providing supporting engineering and project management

when needed. During

this time span I also represented a couple of wholesale

suppliers of HVAC, Refrigeration and sheet metal equipment

and supplies.

Oct 87 to Ransco Industries, Inc. Environmental test Chamber

Manufacturing. Project

Dec 1988 Engineer - As Project Engineer, I was responsible for the

Management of construction and installation of assigned

projects. Value of such projects

ranged from $50,000 to over $1,000,000. I reviewed design,

and directed

construction, coordinating any involved disciplines such as

Fabrication, Electrical,

and Refrigeration. I also interfaced with vendors,

subcontractors and the end user

to ensure a high quality installation that complied with

all contractual obligations

and performance standards.

Oct 87 Engineer - Acted as scheduling assistant for

"Premis" data base scheduling

program, scheduling and keeping track of power plant

plant audits.

recommendations and calculations for potential energy

savings in all areas of energy use. Development of IBM

computerized standard calculation forms for energy
