Certification Review Committee;

legislation that impacts DBEs/TGBs and MAC's responsibilities

related to federal funding and Minnesota State Statutes;

. Assist with the Affirmative Action Plan and other required reports

and documents;

. Maintain and update the DBE Plan;

. Represent MAC at the Airport Minority Advisory Council (AMAC);

. Represent MAC at community functions including, but not limited to,

the National Association of Minority Contractors, Association of

Women Contractors, Minority Economic Development Council and

mainstream organizations;

. Develop and maintain working relationship with staff from the

Minnesota Department of Transportation and Metropolitan Council.
