. Reassigned to newly constructed facility, as a Six Sigma change agent
to drive natural gas utility waste, in-process product waste, standard
work of employees, and SMED/changeover projects
. Front-line management of WR Grace Fireproofing Monokote on the various
process lines by supervising production staff. Involved coordination
with front line employees, our local receivers, and other distributors
to provide high quality product loaded and shipped in a timely manner.
