. Participated in Investment Committee meetings on all new deals and

restructures including companies in the healthcare segment, clean

energy segment, biotechnology, food business, software consulting and

. Directly involved in all troubled asset negotiations and workout,

including a 363 sale of a chain of spas, the conversion of a portion

of our senior debt to equity in a biotechnology company, and the sale

of IP in a chip company, among others.

transparency to management as well as leverage automation

Senior Vice President - Senior Risk Manager

. Built credit team from 1 junior analyst to 7 professionals and

developed internal processes and systems to support growth of

portfolio from $100MM to peak of $500MM, while reducing losses from a

peak of 90 bps to zero for 2006.

. Instituted pre-screen process to ensure that proposals issued by sales

met credit criteria and had appropriate structure, reducing credit
