Directed and maintained effective maintenance operation for the on-road,

off-road equipment and parts department employing 40 personnel and

consisting of 1200 units. Responsible for the procurement and disposal of

equipment, managed the $12 million budget process and financial

expenditures. Responsible for employee management including hiring,

performance feedback, training and development. Interact with insurance

companies to process accident claims. Implemented programs for continuous

employee training.
