Manage a centralized group of nine (9) employees who are responsible for

all post entry issues nation wide. Including, filing corrections via

520(d) NAFTA/CAFTA petitions, PSA refund and tender corrections, formal 514

Protests, Liquidated Damage petitions, FDA - redelivery petitions,

assisting with seizures, payment of service bills / protests - resolving

national sanctions, ACH statement, managing and monitoring TIB entries and

their closures and Government Contract (MDF) entries requiring the Duty

Free Certificate. Annually we handle approximately 50,000 files.

Also manage a group of two (2) full time trainers and retain the services

of two (2) training consultants - developing and training a centralized

facility opened in January 2010 that when fully operational will process

all international entries via RLF. Expectation is to train approximately

300 SC newly hired employees.
