. At Brocade I was responsible for recruiting Sales Engineering
candidates for Midwest geographies. I qualified them upfront by
personally conducting technical interviews.
. At Facebook, I was tasked with recruiting Operations Engineers. I
conducted technical prescreens to qualify candidates and managed
the candidate up to the Onsite interview process. In supporting the
Tech Ops team, I searched for Systems Administrators, NOC,
Software Engineers, Network Engineers, and Systems Engineers.
. At Skyline Solar, I was the sole Recruiter. I helped to fill over
40 positions from technical to non-technical positions.
. At Linkedin, I supported all core Engineering hiring. I recruited
backend server engineers; JAVA developers, QA, and Ruby developers.
. As a Sourcer at Yahoo, I spent half my time supporting the Search
and Ads Engineering team. The other half was spent support

. At Google, I sourced over 6 hires within 9 months which is

Reliability Engineering team. I recruited at one international and
several domestic technical conferences.
