charges due the FCC by steering team to adjust billing codes in
the revenue system and to rewrite revenue allocation algorithm to
accurately process 1B monthly transactions.
. Developed Sarbanes-Oxley internal control and process
documentation for federal universal service reporting
requirements. Identified critical control points for cash
disbursements, adjusted desktop procedures to ensure SOX
compliance, and tested reports and payments to deliver proper
payments of $250M annually.
. Accomplished challenge to incorporate production of 1,200
regulatory reports into 24-member group already producing 400
reports annually. Developed process to assign reports and
streamlined production, resulting in 99% accuracy and timeliness
