in force at a healthcare IT company (QuadraMed- approximately 600 employees
nationwide) were I was a Benefits Generalist. I was the main contact for
all benefits and leave management. Prior to this role, I was a Senior HR
Benefits Specialist/HR Generalist at comScore in Reston. comScore was a
young IT company that allowed me to gain experience working with IT
professionals on all benefits programs, plans, leave and HRIS processing.
Before comScore, I was at Sibley Memorial Hospital, where I was
instrumental in adding multiple benefits that helped with both recruitment
and retention in a very competitive market. I have also streamlined many of
our HRIS/Benefit processes that have saved the company thousands of
dollars. I spent three years at Sunrise Senior Living, my last title was as
a Human Resources Call Center Supervisor. Throughout my time with Sunrise,
I worked closely with all functional areas of HR including recruiting,
training, compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS.
I describe my work style as task oriented, productive and flexible
around shifting priorities. I work hard to stay abreast of all new HR laws
(state and federal) and trends by attending SHRM seminars, classes and

benefits.
