temporary associates and approximately 250 staff employees annually
through a network of over 65 offices in 23 states. These resources, as
well as strategic corporate partnerships, enable our 4,000 active clients
nationwide to increase staff productivity, concentrate on core
competencies and maximize financial efficiency.
. Administered over 70 Oracle instances across 7 unix (AIX, HP-UX and
Linux) servers.
. Identified and recommended application server, process scheduler, report
server and integration broker configuration changes to address production
issues.

UX 11.0 HRMS 8.8.0 migration to AIX 5.3 using People Tools 8.49.06 on
Oracle 10.2.0.3.
. Installed and configured Oracle 10.2.0.3 and Oracle Enterprise Manager
10.2.0.3 on multiple AIX 5.3 servers.
. Performed analysis and recommended PeopleSoft best practices for the NT
SQL Server Financials 8.8.0 and Enterprise Staffing Front Office 8.8.0
migration to AIX 5.3 and Oracle 10.2.0.3.

migration from HP internal disk to EMC CLARiiON CX3-20 disk management
system.

. Created and supported the in-house developed Performance Management
Optimization (PXLSPMO) instance which has an internet facing access to
internal and external customers.
. Successful implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS 8.8.0 on AIX 5.3 using the
following PeopleSoft Internet Architecture: BEA/Tuxedo Version 9.1, 64-
bit, Patch Level 036, Oracle Application Server SOA Suite 10.1.3.1.0 -
J2EE Server and Web Server, Cobol Server Express 4.0 SP2, PeopleTools
8.49.06, and Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.3.0 -
64bit.
. Installed and configured Oracle 9.2.0.7 on multiple HP-UX and AIX

separate new PIA homes from Oracle 8.1.7.4.0 to Oracle 9.2.0.7.
. Performed analysis of PeopleSoft HRMS production single sign-on issue and
successfully applied the tuxedo patch on production which eliminated
rogue cpu and memory processes. This fix revealed that the UNIX
resources were more than adequate for the current demand. Once we were
no longer cpu and memory bound I recommended that we use the unix
webserver to circumvent the single sign-on problems that occur when using
the windows webserver. Token authentication problems occurred when the
application traversed the unix and windows webserver.
. Performed analysis of PeopleSoft HRMS production application server hang-
up issue and recommended that since we now have available unix resources
we can increase the PSAPPSRV application server processes and increase
the PSAESRV process scheduler settings. The implementation of the
