. Performed analysis of PeopleSoft HRMS production single sign-on issue and

successfully applied the tuxedo patch on production which eliminated

rogue cpu and memory processes. This fix revealed that the UNIX

resources were more than adequate for the current demand. Once we were

no longer cpu and memory bound I recommended that we use the unix

webserver to circumvent the single sign-on problems that occur when using

the windows webserver. Token authentication problems occurred when the

application traversed the unix and windows webserver.

. Performed analysis of PeopleSoft HRMS production application server hang-

up issue and recommended that since we now have available unix resources

we can increase the PSAPPSRV application server processes and increase

the PSAESRV process scheduler settings. The implementation of the

recommended configuration changes eliminated the application server

hangups.
