This was a migration project for Ultimate Electronics from a legacy system

(TOMAX) to Oracle applications 11i.

As an Oracle Functional / Technical developer I was responsible for

implementing Oracle Teleservice, Oracle Sales online, defining CRM business

process and testing.

. Implemented Teleservice Module, which included setting up Customer

Care, Contact Center, CRM Foundation, Service Request Types, Service

all over the world and in the first phase of implementation all EMEA

countries will migrate from Baan to Oracle 11i. Apart from managing a team

of 7 developers I was involved in the following activities for EMEA

countries:

. Developed three customized versions of the invoice print program

report using Reports 6i to satisfy the billing requirements for US,

international, and Canadian customers.

mapping legacy data to interface table, writing the pl/sql program and
