Director of Trust & Planning - Recruited to help integrate Riggs
franchise into D.C. market. Lead 8 vice presidents, an assistant vice
president, and 8 sales and service associates in delivery of trust and
estate administration in matrixed management environment. Oversee and
implement policies and procedures, chair administrative review committee,
and serve as trust officer on select, high-profile accounts. Serve as
bank's fiduciary representative in D.C. community.
. Fiduciary/Wealth Management Oversight: Hold full accountability for
fiduciary activities and delivery of trust/estate services for D.C.,
suburban Virginia, and Maryland offices. Utilize advisory planning
