Executive/ Management

• In-depth contract management experience, actively drafting, negotiating and managing multi-

million dollar prime contracts and service contracts with attention to compliance of the terms and

conditions set forth.

• Handpicked to start-up, staff, and run a new out-of-state regional satellite office. Under my

supervision, this office was responsible for $15M annually.

• Acting as an Owners Representative, oversaw all field operations, from permitting through

turnover, for all new projects for a national REIT’s initial venture into the Chicago, Illinois

market. In conjunction with real estate department heads, participated with site location and

acquisitions.

direct supervision; including all training and compliance.

• Lead design-build project teams consisting of both in-house and contracted architects and

engineers as direct reports, to achieve common goals while maintaining budgetary responsibilities

and meeting schedule constraints. I have coordinated/ lead Design Integration meetings to ensure

constructability within the SD, DD, and CD phases of design.

Project Highlights

• Directed over 125 direct reports and over 600 indirect reports while managing all phases of

operations, including safety, schedule, quality, and cost-controls.

• Developed, implemented, and maintained detailed construction plans which included all

operations, scheduling, and delivery of long lead items and all Owner furnished FFE.

• Developed and implemented Project Safety and Environmental plans for individual projects.

• Responsible for all pre-construction and construction operations for a design-build program

which consisted of concurrent additions and renovations across 22 schools. Utilizing SureTrak,

constructed a 4000+ item Master Schedule, which included all design, preconstruction, and

construction activities for all 20 projects.

• Created and implemented a five-phase construction plan for an 110,000sqft interior renovation,

including infrastructure, and a 19,000sqft addition to a historically protected school. All

activities occurred while school was in session.
