. Shimatzu winder optimization.

. 690 G75 Textile product

. Responsible for all Technology Transfers for Reseach to the

Manufacturing facility in Shelby, N.C.

1993 to 2001(PPG Fiber Glass Research/Shelby)

Senior Process Engineer for RP

. Commercialized a 125 lb forming package for the remote Wet chop

process.

. Commercialized Multi-end Direct Chop Process for M-fiber, K-fiber, and

G-fiber.

. Improved binder JE by 7% ($2.5MM savings) through optimization of

Binder Delivery Ratios at Shelby.

. 80 hours of Sigma Logic Training

. International travel experience to England and the Netherlands

relation responsibility for promoting our new roving product.
