Office Mgr/Executive Administration: Responsible for scheduling, managing

the front desk, preparing business correspondence, project administration,

fielding phone calls and various reporting and auditing the office

management, opening and closing procedures, time cards, phones, schedules

for CEO and VP, A/P, A/R, Collections, travel arrangements, customer

service for our Preferred Customers, spreadsheets for Preferred Vendors.

Mail incoming and outgoing, Emailed "Daily Reports" to Preferred Vendors,

weekly basis, to insure that the deadlines were met. Kept in depth files
