Responsibilities include downloading and interpreting construction drawings
from McGraw-Hill Construction web site then work up estimates for the costs
of the architectural millwork on each individual project. I would submit
proposals to the prospective bidders on the project listed on Dodge
Reports. If Braeckel's was awarded a contract
for the architectural millwork then I would communicate directly with
the project engineers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers,
and management to resolve any concerns that developed during the submittal
process of shop drawings for the design and construction phase of the
project.

Responsibilities included interpreting construction drawings, estimating
the construction cost for the demolition work
and renovation of the historic Orpheum Building built in 1885 to meet ADA
requirements. I communicated with City of Joplin Missouri Zoning & Planning
Commission along with the Building Inspection Department, engineers,
architects, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and management to resolve
any problems that developed during the stages of the design, construction
and maintenance of the building complex.
I was also responsible for the leasehold improvements that included framing
& finish carpentry, painting, staining, hanging, taping, bedding, finishing
of sheetrock, finish hardware including door closers, HVAC, floor
coverings, and misc. electrical, plumbing repairs, installation of
suspended ceilings, architectural millwork, Cat 5 computer cables and
telephone lines.

construction. Built several construction projects from the ground up
including site selection, development of the property including site work,
excavation, concrete work, framing, finish carpentry, misc. hardware,
mirrors, door closers, fire extinguishers, signage, to meet ADA
requirements, painting, staining, hanging, taping, bedding, finishing of

Estates, a 34 lot subdivision and Apple Blossom Estates, a 14 lot
