9/2007 - ATT Mobility - Release/Project Manager - IT PM II for IVR & E-Messaging

9/2009 Systems

Release & Project Management for IVR 5.0 - Oversaw Release from start to

finish. Implemented largest IVR release to date introducing no system

impacts. $1.8 Million in project work.

Successfully stood up PM team & Processes for Customer Notification

Management (CNM) team to wrap IT best practices around a Development

driven environment.

Coordinated with QC the establishment of Off-shore test team for all CNM

systems.

Assembled CNM projects and their details into the PMO Portal, while

overseeing and managing 2 PMs and 4 CNM release bundles. Also, performed

all intake functions.

Performed all Release & Project Management for 7 releases (9.7.1, 9.7.2,

9.7.3, 9.8, 9.8.1, 9.8.2 & 0901). Conducted Front door function for all

new projects coming into CNM scope.

9/2004 - CINGULAR - SR. QA Manager for IVR & Data Warehousing QC

9/2007 Fully managed up to 38 direct reports (Employees & Contractors) for the

Cingular Data Warehousing/Reporting (BID, BO, MARS & Mercury) & IVR QC

testing efforts.

Established the new BID, BO, MARS & Mercury testing teams (15

Contractors). Oversaw and directed efforts to build and implement the

processes and standards for test documentation, test strategy, test

execution, test environment and test tools from the beginning. This

included Hiring, training, establishing processes, software & forms for

the team.

Established full ETE testing efforts up and down stream.

Established IVR Test Data team to meet data, time and expectations for

UAT & ETE for demanding User group

6/2001 - CINGULAR - IT QA Manager for Wireless Local Number Portability (WLNP) &

9/2004 Number Management (CNUM & TN Tracker) QC

Fully managed up to 19 direct reports (Employees & Contractors) for the

WLNP & Number Management QC testing efforts.

Oversaw all QCs efforts from start to end for the successful Number

Management & WLNP initial implementations. This included Management,

Hiring, training, establishing processes & forms/documentation for all

Testing of this third party software.

From inception, oversaw all areas of WLNP & Number Pooling testing

including Telcordia (SMG) Acceptance, NPAC Functional, Group &

Regression, Intercarrier, Regression, Functional, Unit, Systems

Integration, String, End to End and Cross Functional testing for SMG,

Teleport, Billing Systems, POS and TSI. This included communicating &

coordinating with all Internal & multiple third parties about

expectations for each test effort.

Planned, Developed and Project Managed the Genesis Cross System

Functional testing across the Retail, Billing (CARE & Telegence), WLNP

(Teleport & SMG) and Switching systems.

Interfaced with the following 3rd party Vendors: Telcordia, Neustar,

Syniverse Technologies (formerly TSI), & numerous Wireless Service

Providers for Inter-Carrier testing.

1998 - COMFORCE / CINGULAR

2001 Contractor - Wisdom QC Team Lead / Sr. Analyst

Interfaced with SOBIS to Care (Billing System) and testing these billing

conversions.

While in the QA Team Lead Role, the following Projects were implemented:

CARE Release 5.0, Multiple Maintenance Releases & Y2K certification.

Wrote, maintained and executed all new Wisdom Test Plans for Billing

Releases and Wisdom Maintenance Releases. This includes writing and

maintaining UNIX scripts.

1998 CONSULTING

Staff Manager

Managed and performed all Production Support activities for Property

Management, Fleet and Services Management Systems.

Served as Senior Implementation Member on the team, which implemented a

new $10 million 3rd party Client Server project (Facilities 2000). Due

to the $20 million savings created by this project, it was a top ten

project at BellSouth.

Served as a team lead/member on the planning, design, testing, database

conversion and implementation teams for this software product.

Established and manned a Help Desk for the ongoing system support for the

600+ users.

Participated with the CMM Level II certification for Facilities 2000.

As a Senior team member, provided multi-level systems and software

support for the Property Management Department and a large number of

third party Vendors for various Client Server applications. This

includes Business Process Systems Integration (on the IVR and WEB based

products), Full Life Cycle Defect Tracking, All Level Help Desk Support

(this includes both functional and system related issues), Security

Management and Managing the Implementation for all Production Releases.

Lead and/or participate on all Software Lifecycle Process Teams,
