1997. Performed material testing on interior trim materials,
including flammability, tensile, elongation, and break strength using
tensile testing machine, tuft pull, and water titration on polyol
material. Created foam slabs for testing and tested received
chemicals by mixing chemical to observe foam properties, including gel
time and rise time. Prepared PPAPs and data entry, reported SPC, and
wrote process flows and PFMEA's control plans. Organized scrap and
nonconformance reports. Reported supplier issues and performed
