employee of the quarter based on the success of the project. Tasks
include revenue cycle management opportunity analysis, business case
development, requirements development, budget management, staff
management, proposal development, and payer and provider sales support.
. Conducted financial analysis leading to the development of a bundled
pricing model for health care revenue cycle management product lines with
combined annual revenue exceeding $200MM. Efforts included revenue
impact analysis, sensitivity analysis, and development of the pricing
model used extensively by sales force. Worked directly with executive
vice president of company.
. Created idea capture, assessment, and tracking process designed to
systematically capture and evaluate new product ideas from across the
enterprise. Developed evaluation tool that uses technical, financial,
strategic, and regulatory metrics to assess and compare ideas from an
