LOCAL SAW MILLS. SUPPLIED PULP WOOD TO PAPER MILLS, SUCH AS INTERNATIONAL

PAPER, MEAD WESVACO, SAPPI. CONVERTED LOW GRADE WOOD INTO BIO-MASS CHIPS TO

BE SOLD TO LOCAL POWER PLANTS FOR FUEL. OPERATION IS FULLY MECHANIZED. NO

MANUAL FELLING.

Corporate Engineering Manager for Blow molding. October 1999 - 2002

Through the activities of subordinate project engineers in the Blow mold

Engineering Group over see the conduct of all blow molding related

engineering projects within Continental PET Technologies domestic and

international operations. Accountable for the process standards within all

manufacturing operations. Identify those vendors and technologies with

leading technologies that will give CPT the technological edge over the PET

container industry.

Plant Manager in Rio de Janeiro Brazil. October 1997 -September 1999.

Responsible for the plant P&L, reporting to the Manufacturing General

Manager in the US and Chile.(Joint Venture) Prepared operating budget for

1998, 1999& 2000 based on sales figures supplied by commercial director.

Developed inside sales and technical staff to sell and support operation.

Negotiated Salary and benefits package for union hourly employees Trained

replacement plant manager.

Corporate Manufacturing Engineer in Bedford, NH August 1995 to September

1997

Corporate point person for blow molding. Specify new machine options and

configuration. Accept new and rebuilt machines at suppliers facility using

SPC tools & programs before machine is sent to plant. Publish and

distribute engineering changes for blow molding. Assist in equipment design

and fixtures for new products.

Run unit tooling in lab for manufacturing analysis. Assist mold design

group with tooling modifications and tooling acceptance.

Conduct periodic meetings with process engineers. Monitor all plant

industrial water systems. New plant start-ups.

Project Engineer / Plant Engineer in Pachuca, Mexico. October 1993 - July

1995

Upgraded all systems in plant for additional processing equipment. Designed

and installed industrial water treatment system, consisting of, Multimedia

filtration, activated carbon filters, ion exchange water softener, reverse

osmosis, ozone generator and water analysis laboratory.

Plant Manager in Pachuca, Mexico. January 1993 - September 1993

molders, Husky injection molders, Walton Stout Dryers, Bellis & Morcom

compressors, Sabroy chillers, Sifco conveying system, Kammann 3 station

silk screen labeling, Citrus palletizers, Cyclops strapers, Mima Stretch

wrapers, and all other support equipment. Trained production manager and

and trained plant personal to operate regrind blending system.

Reported production results, monitored and controlled production and

maintenance departments operating budgets to plant manager, Scheduled

production lines for customer requirements and maintenance.

Production supervisor, May 1978-February 1982

Supervised 30 Blow mold and Injection mold operators to include support

personnel in maintenance, Q/C, packaging and shipping. Reported shift

production results to plant superintendent. Trained operators on operation

and process of equipment.
